Please note that the surface of products made of wood or other natural materials may show various imperfections, which are, however, their natural characteristics. Complaints do not apply to minor deformations of the wood, slight cracks, or abrasions. These are natural characteristics of wood that cannot be influenced by the manufacturer or importer and therefore cannot be subject to complaint.
